Do I have any obligations when I submit an application?
Until you formally accept an assignment there is no obligation. You are free to explore all the possibilities. Upon accepting an assignment, your commitment is only for the mutually agreed on length of that particular assignment.
How long will it take to find an assignment once I have applied?
This depends on the position that you are applying for and how long it takes the employer to make their decision. Typically, you can expect to start your assignment within a few weeks – usually one to two weeks after an offer is received for a contract position. Direct hire positions can take up to six weeks.
How and when am I paid?
Contract employees are paid weekly by check, direct deposit, or CashPay card. Typically contract employees’ pay is based on the number of hours worked and the position's pay rate. Direct hire employees are paid in accordance with our client’s payroll policies.
Do you give bonuses for referring other candidates to Valesta?
